Denver
> Best Of Denver

The
Mile High city has lots to see and do, but do you have to see and
do everything?
We’ve visited all the attractions in Denver and narrowed
the selections down to a couple of our favorites. These
attractions are an essential part of Denver, and shouldn’t be
missed if you have the time.
Rocky
Mountain National Park
In an area
overflowing with activities and mountain destinations, Rocky
Mountain National Park is the old standby, and a good one at that.
There are 355 miles of hiking trails, ranging from easy to
difficult and from a couple hours in duration to several
days.
Lower
Downtown (LoDo)
Ten years ago, Lower Downtown was virtually a ghost town within a
big city. Abandoned warehouses and unsavory characters contributed
to an ambience that forced people elsewhere once the sun went
down. Today, LoDo, as it’s affectionately called, is a
huge success.
Center
for Performing Arts
The Denver Performing Arts complex is
truly an awesome sight and has helped Denver gain recognition as
one of the premier cultural centers in the nation. With a mix of
historic buildings and some new art deco designs, it is a
celebration of past, present and future.
