The Denver Broncos have had a rich and successful history and the allegiance of their fans through good times and bad; actually more good than bad. Colorado’s love affair with the Broncos was strong long before John Elway arrived, but that certainly didn’t hurt.
With the loss of Elway to retirement and the championship seasons just a distant memory, As the Denver Broncos enter the post-Elway age, one thing is certain, the team can always count on a packed stadium and loyal fans. The new stadium, which will be put in use for the 2001 season is as sleek as a sports car and much more functional than the currently decrepit Mile High Stadium. |
