They’re not quite the Los Angeles Clippers, not yet anyway. The Denver Nuggets have had their share of lackluster seasons, but the fans are always hopeful, even if their presence only lightly sprinkles the Pepsi Center seats. The new arena didn’t do much for the attendance, which is dangerously close to dipping into the negatives.
The Pepsi Center is a grand arena with restaurants, bars and a host of exhibits and playthings. The Nuggets are the target of a lot of criticism, but the games are always entertaining. The one thing you can count on is that every game will provide a star or two – only they might not play for the Nuggets. |
