Golden Gate Park has 14,000 acres of mountain scenery that can be explored following over 35 miles of trails. Located 30 miles west of Denver, the park is a prime spot for both mountain biking and hiking. The Rocky Mountains offer fabulous evergreen forests and cool mountain meadows.

Each trail is named after an animal and marked by the animal’s footprint on trailheads and signposts. Mountain biking is only allowed on selected trails to ensure everyone’s safety. Nearby parking is available at the Nott Creek trailhead. Golden Gate Park is also a prime spot for fishing, camping and picnicking.
