Not to be outdone by the mountain bike outfitters atop Pikes Peak, Trails and Rails set up shop on Mount Evans – another of the famed fourteeners (14,000-ft. peaks). Trails and rails offer two different bike tours. One is a 7000-foot decent 28 miles long down the highest paved road in North America. The second is 12 miles long and 3000 feet down the Guanella pass that runs between Mt. Evans and Mt. Bierstadt.

Uphill transportation, guides, bike and safety gear are provided. Tours begin at 8:30am and 1:30pm daily from June through August and reservations are recommended. Minimum age is 12.
