Have you ever dreamed of soaring through the air in an open cockpit with the rush of the wind in your face as you sit behind the controls of a magnificent flying machine? Relive those childhood dreams of flight at the Wings over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.
Sitting in their hangar is one of only four enormous B-1A bombers. The museum has a good selection of warplanes and aviator uniforms from WWI. Visit their extensive gift shop and check out the numerous displays, including the one that explains that magic of flight and how airplanes fly. The Air & Space Museum will take you back to a time when you dreamt of soaring through the clouds. |
